Cristian Garcia

Cristian is a Spanish lawyer who has great deal of experience in dealing with a wide range of clients and has undertook various immigration matters for in-country application, including Settlements, Nationality, and EEA applications for EEA citizens and relatives. He provides support in all areas of Spanish immigration for corporations and individuals – from short-term work authorization and temporary residency to long-term work authorization, permanent residency, investors, and non-lucrative visas. He also provides legal advice on a variety of matters such as investments, taxation, employment, and commercial contracts as a cross-jurisdictional expert and within the International Private Law Department.

 

His approach covers from comprehensive guidance and pre-planning of new assignments to completion of all in-country requirements to ongoing compliance monitoring.

 

Cristian has a Degree in Law from Complutense University of Madrid and a master´s degree in International Trade and Business Regulation from the University Camilo José Cela of Madrid along with various certifications in Immigration Law and Languages from Universities in the UK and USA. He is now successfully concluding a combined master’s degree in Legal Practice from the University Nebrija of Madrid and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

 

Before joining Alberto Pérez Cedillo, Cristian worked as a Legal Advisor in Spain and in the UK has worked in the Compliance field for Insurance, Banking and Social Media.
