Kerenlly Montana

Kerenlly is a paralegal in the Family and Litigation department.

 

Kerenlly assists our Senior partner and fee earners with a wide variety of matters including divorce and separation, pre and post nuptial agreements, choice of forum and jurisdiction disputes and enforcement of foreign orders. She assists on a multitude of family law related matters, such as financial negotiations during separations, property division upon divorce, cohabitation disputes, child abduction cases across the EU, etc. She writes first document drafts, such as divorces applications and powers of attorney. Conducts a variety of legal research relevant to both English and Spanish law. She also assists in personal injury claims such as road traffic accidents in England and Spain, fatal injury claims, hotel accidents, debt recovery, etc. Kerenlly also liaises with clients to create valuable relationships and assist them in the best possible way.

 

Kerenlly has completed a Law Degree at Brunel University. She has also successfully obtained a Master’s of Law combined with the Legal Practice Course qualification from BPP University Law School in London. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
