Teresa Palomar

Teresa qualified as a Spanish lawyer in 2010 and has been member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2011. She studied one year of her Law Degree abroad at Queen's University of Belfast as an international student.

Teresa gained international legal experience at an American firm in Brussels within the Competition department after completing successfully a Master of Laws in European Union Law at the University Carlos III of Madrid in 2011. Subsequently, she decided to further her knowledge in Competition Law and in 2013 she received a Master of Laws with Merit in Competition Law from King's College London.

Before joining Alberto Pérez Cedillo, Teresa worked at the Personal Injury department of a London-based firm. She also gained international legal experience at the European Commission, where she worked as a trainee, and at a Magic Circle firm in London at the Dispute Resolution team, where she worked as a paralegal.

Teresa deals with a wide variety of matters, including personal injury claims such as accidents at work, road traffic accidents in UK and abroad, fatal injury claims, hotel accidents and Package Travel claims. She assists Senior members of the team in the drafting of affidavits of law. She also assists in debt recovery, insolvency and winding up cases.
