·         Liaising with the vendors’ solicitors and estate agent.

·         Making the necessary searches of the property.

·         Drawing up the Contract of Purchase and Sale.

·         Making the necessary arrangements in order to pay any outstanding taxes.

·         Liaising with the Land Registry.

2. Selling a property

From £3,000.00 plus VAT

What services are included

The work will involve:

·         Liaising with the buyers’ solicitors and estate agent.

·         Drawing up the Contract of Purchase and Sale and making the necessary arrangements for its completion.
