Alberto Perez Cedillo

As a dually qualified Spanish Abogado and English solicitor he has for 20 years been involved with private international law and with a variety of international civil and commercial matters. He has expertise in multi-jurisdiction litigation, including forum disputes, international enforcement and analysis of Spanish law and practice in the context of international litigation. International consultancy and agency work for UK solicitors representing the interest of their clients before the Spanish Courts is a significant part of the practice

Jorge García

Jorge García is a paralegal in the Probate and Conveyancing Department.
Jorge assists our senior partner and fee earners on a range of private client matters including drafting wills and powers of attorney, probate process, the administration of cross-border estates and conveyancing matters either in UK and Spain. He also liaises with clients and other firms on case matters and conducts legal research as required by individuals in the team. Jorge assists on the participation of the firm on different associations such as STEP or the Private Client Section of the Law Society.

Olalla García-Arreciado Mazarío

Olalla is member of the Huelva Bar Association and she  obtained her Law degree in 2013 after having studied a year in the university of Versailles.

Teresa Palomar

Teresa qualified as a Spanish lawyer in 2010 and has been member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2011. She studied one year of her Law Degree abroad at Queen's University of Belfast as an international student.

Carlos Raúl Báez Fumero

Carlos Raúl Báez Fumero is a qualified Spanish Lawyer. He joined us in early 2018.
Carlos has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and he is a member of the Madrid BAR. He has succefully concluded a Master in Legal Practice and a Master in Legal Advice of Companies, both from the Complutense University of Madrid.
Carlos specialises on cross border private client matters. His practice is focused on criminal law, acquisition and sale of properties and Estate Planning including Inheritance Tax issues as well as Estate Administration through Probate or Intestacy.
He deals with wills, lifetime and post-death tax planning, estates with overseas elements, carrying out due diligence and advising client in relation to the European Succession Regulation.
In addition, Carlos also provides advice on and prepares Powers of Attorney, affidavits of law for foreign proceedings in both English and Spanish and, drafting and negotiating private contracts.
